In both my coaching and composing work I prioritize co-creation — working with others knowing that we are all always connected and no one ever really does anything alone; authenticity — accepting and facing what is, even when it’s hard; connection — tuning intentionally into relationship; beauty — appreciating that which brings joy and awe, even in hard times; and, envisioning and practicing toward a future that cares for the planet and all beings.
