Professional Certified Coach, International Coaching Federation
I am a life, leadership and transformation coach, mentor coach, and facilitator. My approach is grounded in co-creation and working toward well-being and connection for all.
I offer individual and group coaching that engages your innate wisdom. As a coach, I listen deeply to what you are becoming; ask questions that uncover what you already know; reflect back your wisdom and capability; accompany you in what you are facing; lean in to intuition and values; invite embodiment; and, explore the impact of our connections with larger social and environmental systems.
Are you longing to be at your best more often to meet these times? Are you facing a challenge or transition? Would you like to address something important in your personal, vocational, or societal spheres? I would love to work with you!

What people say about my coaching:
“Becky has a coaching skill and presence that is rare – a combination of spacious, relaxed, and deepening. I have the gift of knowing her as a friend and colleague, as well as experiencing her as a coach. I asked Becky to coach me through a period of my life where I was emerging in multiple domains. Despite my vulnerability and trepidation in the process, Becky created a non-judgmental space to explore my fears and concerns. By the end of our time together, I was ready to take the big steps and move forward. Becky’s skill in thoughtful questions, reflections, and being present with emotions is unmatched. And her integrity and care create a trustworthiness that makes it easier to work in tender and delicate areas of transformation.”
“Becky Dale is a visionary leader and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to be supervised by her for three years at Minnesota Communities Caring for Children. Becky is committed to community-driven decision-making, equity and social justice. She is a skilled coach who also supports others to develop their own coaching mindset. One of her greatest skills is her ability to recognize and respond to emergence and what is needed most in a given moment. In her relationships she listens deeply, reflects back values, and models vulnerability, which allows others to find the courage to lean in to real and challenging conversations.”
